If you need help right now

Trauma therapy for adults

What happened should not have to keep running the show.

We work with adults 18 and older who are living with the present-day impact of an experience, a relationship, or a pattern that has not stayed in the past.

Who we help

There is no right kind of trauma, and no need to prove that yours was serious enough.

People come to Kelderwick after car and workplace accidents, medical and birth trauma, assault, childhood abuse and neglect, the long tail of the 2017 and 2020 fires, and first-responder work.

Sometimes one event is at the centre. Sometimes it is the accumulation of years. We start with what feels most important to you now.

More than one way forward

EMDR when it fits. Other tools when they fit better.

EMDR is central to our work, but it is not the only way we help. We also use parts work informed by Internal Family Systems and body-based grounding when those approaches better match where you are.

A first call should feel simple.

Bea books a free 20-minute call and never asks what happened. You can ask practical questions, hear more about the clinicians, and decide whether this feels like the right place to begin.
